~sad~

Finally i had finished v my research assignment n done both academic task 2 n 4. ( but the task 5 is coming next week. Another essay to write. Haiz..)

Yest n today was a very sad day for me. Yest, bout 8 o 9 ppl were asked to go out to meet Nick in the next room. He said that he was vey disappointed v us as we got good marks for our mid term- test but in quiz...got zero!!! Full mark is 5 ah!. Lose tat 5 mark, my accounting marks will be in danger. Haiz..sad ah. I'm sorry nick. We are really sorry to let u disappointed v us. The test...we miss it. Actually we are in group 2 but we changed it to group 1. We don noe tat day when we are in group 2, group 1 had their quiz. When we go to group 1, group 2 had their quiz. So, we miss it. We do not do it on purpose. We are really sori.

N today, i get my marketing test paper back. Really sad when look at my marks. Haiz...Dunno how to get better result in the final exam v my mid term test n assignment mark so lousy. Ahh!! How to improve all my subject as final exam is coming soon? Only bout three more weeks nia to do preparation to my exam, nut until now, i haven't do any revision yet. Ahh!!!!

Thunderstorm

Today, in the morning, the weather was so good. Nobody will guess that in the evening, it will rain heavily.

When i was in Room 3.04 for my IT 2 lab, suddenly the weather changed. N about 3.30pm, it started to rain quite heavily. Suddenly, the light was out. I heard some ppl screaming. Lol. Some ppl hu don save their work in their pen drive lost all their work.

Then, we went to have our dinner at ChiliPepper as usual. It's so funny today. Jes told the assistant that she want fresh soya bean in slow motion, but guess wat she gave to jes? She gave sugarcane to jes!. Jes n i were surprised n we looked at each other. Strange. Then, jes asked the assistant again whether that is fresh soya bean n she nodded! XD. Huh?? We looked at each other agn. Then, jes told the assistant again that that is sugarcane. Then, she realized her mistake n poured fresh soya bean to her. Lol...so funny ah. We order the Mamak Mee Goreng. Wahhh!!It's so spicy. We both wan to cry liao. After finish eating, we, kim, jes n i chit-chat v Ah Seng, Zhi Wei n Martin while playing big two. Darrel challange us who lose in the game to go find 'yellow angel'. Haha...so funny ah. Martin lose the game. But he don go to look for him la. We jz play play nia.

Happy B'day Jeffrey!!

Yest was ah bin's birthday. We (kim, chyn, jes, n i) arrived at his house at 6.30pm. When we arrived, we saw many unknown ppl. We oso saw ryan drove his car full of ppl headed to dunno go. Ah bin was one of the passenger. We hesitated to go in as there were so many unknown ppl n the birthday boy oso not ther, so we jz stay in her car play the charcoal traditional games 'cho dai di'. XD. Not long after that, it rained heavily. We were stuck inside the car. The sky became darker n darker. We stil in the car waiting for the rain to stop. When the rain was getting smaller n smaller, we decided to run to ah bin's house.

Ah bin invited quite many ppl to his BBQ party.Bout 30 ppl i tin. Some form 5 students, swinburne students n teachers too. I saw Miss Cynthia n Nick n his wife. However, Miss Cynthia go back quite early. At the party, we continued our games. After everybody finished eating, the karaoke began. Only the Swinburne's 'geng' n some gals sang ther.

Kim, chyn, n i go back quite early too cos kim got another b'day party to go too. We go back at 9pm (but not as early as ryan, steven, n other ppl as they got practises for the moon cake festival).

This party was the last b'day party for ah bin as he wil going to imigrate to Australia at the end of this year. Hope u wil be as happy as ur yest's party next year. Happy Birthday agn!!

A busy Friday

On Fri tat is 21th September, we din go back earlier as usual (Normally we go back at 2.30pm) cos we nid to wait for Alicia to finish her class at 4.30pm. Then, we would go to buy ah bin's present at Saberkas n at nite we wil go to listen a talk on Lampe Berger (to gain information to do our marketing assignment).

Where do we spent our two hours free time? Of course in the empty room at 8th floor agn. We planned to use tat two hours free time to study feor our FND 7. But, end up chit-chatting v Darrel, Ah Seng, Zhi Wei n Martin (they supposed to have accounting tutorial next door but they come here to chit-chat v us). We talked n talked from all the 'gengs' in Swinburne' to 'yellow angel'. This made us din study for our FND 7 tat afternoon. XD. Both of this 'topic' are very interesting.

Then at 5pm, we went to Saberkas. We had our dinner at KFC n went to buy ah bin's present. At first we went to Giordano to buy cloth for ah bin but the price...Quite expensive. >Rm 50. So, we din buy. At last we found a present to ah bin. We bought a necklace v letter 'B' there as we can't find letter 'J'. But nvm la. 'B' can stand for Bin too.

Then, at bout 7.30pm, the talk started. Got two parts. In Part A, Chyn's father was giving the talk. Quite interesting. Talk bout the usage of Lampe Berger. Part B talk was given by a Sibu ppl. His talk was a little boring as he talk bout how to invest in the Lampe Berger business. As we r stil young, we don interesting in investing money. Don have money ah. Pocket money oredi not enough liao, invest money agn? Lol...

FND 8 test tomolo n got 2 tasks to do for FND 7

Tomolo, i wil sitting for FND 8 test at 10.30am to 12.30pm at Room 4.01. Haih... Hope wil noe how to do the questions.

After finish research test, although i don have to sit for any test until 6 oct, i nid to do the marketing assignment as we have to present at week 11. Then at nite...time for party time. I'm going to ah bin party. (Tomolo's my timetable was fully 'booked' liao)

Then, on sunday, i have to do my FND 7 tasks. Got two tasks to do ah. Two essays in one week time. Haiz... One is process writing essay (task 2) n another one is cause n effect essay (task 4). Then, nid to finish off my research assignment n other assignments as well. Haiz... I wan to finish all my assignments as soon as possible as final exam is jz around the corner liao. It is held on 24th october until 2nd november (if i'm not mistaken la).

Rainy day agn

Yest maths class was funny. We were talking as usual after we finished the exercise. We were discussing bout wat present we wan to buy for Jeffrey a.k.a. ah bin, whose birthday falls on 23th September but we will celebrate his bithday on 22th September. We planned to buy a necklace. When Janice listen, she asked us whether we wan to buy a gold o silver necklace. Lol. So funny. We all "k dao" after listening to her. Haha... N we all 'k dao' agn when she asked us '8 oredi' which mean 8 o'clock oredi?'. However, we thought she asked us "ate oredi". XD. Lol..so funny.

We went back earlier as usual. Bout 8pm we went back liao as we told Janice tat we wanted to go to buy present. Haiz...the same problem occured agn. It's raining heavily. Bryan who oso went back earlier v us, drove us to kim's car. He drove his car into the Swinburne! He don care bout the drain. Jz drive inside so tat we won become "chicken soup". Then, when he parked his car beside kim's car, he insisted us to take his umbrella, but we refused. Kim's car only beside his car nia ma, so no nid to use an umbrella liao. So ma fan ah.

We went to Everise to look for cloth to give to Jeffrey as the rain had become smaller. But we went back empty hand as we can't find any suitable cloth for ah bin. So, time for Plan B.

Wad did we buy for ah bin? Haha... wan to noe? Wait until i update the post on ah bin's birthday. Then, u wil noe wad present we give to him.

Accounting test was over n a rainy day!

Yeah!!! Accounting mid-term exam n Quiz IT 3 were over liao. I really must thank Nick, our accounting lecturer for helping me a lot in tis mid term test. I went to c him in his room 4 to 5 times today liao. XD. Really paiseh ah. He done revision v us and giving us some tips. A million thanks for giving me those tips. We were thinking to buy him a piece of cake as our appreciation to him. Nonetheless, we thought we better don buy a cake to him. Cos we afraid tat he wil tin we "rasuah" him to get the tips. Lol. I wil try my best to get a Distinction and if can high distinction to u as my apppreaction to u for helping me a lot.

N I wonder y every mon nite wil rain. Last mon, it was oso a rainy day. We had difficulties to go to ChiliPepper to have our dinner. We went to borrow umbrella from Dr. Yong, but she was busy. So, we borrowed an umbrella from one of the "Sibu gang". Jes n Fishie used her umbrella while kim, chyn n i used Chyn's small umbrella. Really funny to c three ppl sharing a small umbrella.

Today, it was oso a rainy day. We don have difficulties to go to ChiliPepper to have our dinner. On the contray, we have difficulties to go home as it's raining cats n dogs. Really very heavy ah. We wil became "chicken soup" if we ran all the way in the rain to fishie's car which parked in front of the ChiliPepper! So, Fishie used chyn's umbrella to go to her car n drive her car to the front of cafeteria as the road to lobby is blocked at nite. The most funny tin is tat ryan tried to use cardboard as an umbrella to go to his car. Lol. Fishie's car's tyre nearly went into the drain in front of the cafeteria. Lol, we nearly screamed our head off. I got wet two times. First time is when i try to open her car's door. It was locked!!! We screamed agn to tell her tat her car's door is locked. Then, second time is when i wan to enter her car agn. We all ran n jumped into her car. Lol. It's so funny. Hope next mon we won have the same difficulties agn.

Stil is a busy week!

This week oso wil be a busy week. Tomolo got Quiz IT at 8.30am to 9.30am. Then at 9.30am to 10.30am got Accounting mid term test Part 1 n Part 2 at 3.30 pm to 4.30pm. Then, i'm free until the Research n Report Writing Skill test which held on tis sat (22/09). However, i nid to spend those free days to do my assignments; for instance, accounting, research, marketing n IT.
Tis week, i oso got 3 days nid to stay at uni until 8.30 pm. Cos tomolo got Academic Writing replacement agn. We wil be doing our Academic Writing Task 2.

Academic Writing n Marketing test 1 are over!!

Yest was the due date for my academic writing task 3. I only started to write the essay on thursday nite cos i spent all my free time studying marketing. Tis cause me to spend whole nite to finish the essay n i don touched the marketing notes whole day.

Today got Academic Writing test at 10.30am to 12.30pm. Then, at 1pm got Marketing test. So, only got half an hour to rest n have light lunch. Haiz... I dunno whether my essay for Academic Writing is out of topic or not. Hope's not. It's 30 marks! If i lose tat 30 marks, i may fail my Academic Writing.

Then, the preparation for my marketing test...I sacrificed a lot of my time to study marketing. I sacrified my sleeping time, my lunch, and my dinner to study marketing as it got lots to understand n memorize. But, many of the topic don come out in the test, like market targeting, market positioning, information on marketing n marketing research. Tis really make me angry cos i spent so much of my time to do revision on the marketing notes but it only come out a few topics nia. Y don all the topic come out? The marks for questions on section C n D are too many. Got 2 questions which are 10 marks each, two questions which are 20 marks each!! Y don cut of the marks to ask other topic's questions?? Haih...

Busy weeks started

Tis week going to be a very busy week. I wil be sitting for my Maths test agn tomolo. (tis 2nd sem maths is more difficult n boring than 1st sem maths. It's like studying maths theory! I wonder hu "create" those boring topics.) Besides, normally, on tue n thurs, we wil have our class until 8.30 pm. Tis week, not jz tue n thurs, tomolo we wil have our class until 8.30pm to replace our academic writing class which we missed b'cos of public holiday. Then, tis sat we wil sit for our academic writing n marketing test. On 17/09 we wil sit for our accounting test n research n report writing skill on 22/09. Haiz... 2nd sem's life is more difficult then 1st sem's life. We oso got lots of assignments in our hands. Got marketing n IT presentation, got accounting assignment, got research to do, got academic writing tasks agn. Haiz... No time to study liao lo. Only can use all the free time doing assignments b'cos the due date is around the corner liao. Hope i can finish all my assignments in time and got time to study cos the final exam is coming liao. If i'm not mistaken, it's on 29/10.

Happy B'day Angelina!!

Evertime got ppl's birthday, we wil celebrate it at pizza hut like eve's n fishie's birthday. Yest was Angelina's (a.k.a. angel) birthday. Tis time, we don go to pizza hut to celebrate her birthday. We, kim, fishie, jes, min min, james, jeffrey, khing vui, chun how, zai wei n i went to McDonald to celebrate it.

We chit chat ther. We talked bout the "weird ppl" we saw tis year from "burger man at SugarBun" to "yellow angel from Swinburne". They r so weird. Dunno y tis year we saw so many weird ppl. The boys played "cho dai di" (big 2) ther. (it's so public n the police station is jz opposite us).

After tat we sang birthday song to Angel. Happy birthday to angel.....

Sheng Han's Presentation

On 3rd Sept, we, Kim, Chyn, Fishie, Jes, James, Jeffrey n I went to watch Sheng Han's (a.k.a Ember) presentation (public speaking) at Room 3.01 after we finished ur lecture. He seems surprised to c this large group of his "supporters". Lol. Ms. Cordelia oso said he is so lucky cos he got so many supporters. Haha... His topic was "being single is better than marriage". James, Jeffrey n I, hu r sitting n standing in front saw his hand shaking a little bit. Tat's normal. Hu won felt shaking n nervous speaking in front of so many ppl? His presentation was good. Very good I can say. I like one sentence in his conclusion. "Marriage is not a word, it's a sentence..." Lol. Tat word was so.."cool" n "deep". Haha. We r looking forward to watch his final assesment (group public speaking) n debate too (if he's chosen).
