A trip to KL

At 21st until 25th dec, kim,jes, yh (my other fren) n i went to kl. On the plane to kl, our flight was delayed for an hour. We were on the plane tat time. This was because when the air-steward n stewardess counted the ppl aboarded the plane, the number of passengers was not same. Got one missing passenger. Some counted got 125 passengers on plane, some counted got 126 passengers on plane. At laz, they realized tat the missing passenger oredi on the plane. Wad de... made us wait for an hour on plane. =.=

After we checked-in, we started our main activity at kl - shopping. We went to Sungei Wang, Mid Valley, Times Square, KLCC, TARCollege (XY's college) n Lowyat Plaza.

Although we were tired ( as we walked more than 12hours a day from mornig until nite n slip around 1am - 3am), we were happy n looked forward to kl agn.

Swinburne carpark now open

On our way back from the christmas celebration yest, chyn told us tat evelyn said that today got moral studies class. We were so shocked to hear tat. Then, we were wondering izit true o not n whether we wan to attend the class o not. At laz, mike called Mr. Ahmad to ask whether got class today n he said got class.

Today morning, we finally agreed that we will go to uni to attend the class. When kim n i arrived at uni, we realized tat the main gate to Swinburne had closed. Then, we realized tat the carpark now is open for the students n lecturer to use. We dunno where is the main entrance to the carpark n end up drinving the wrong way. Haha.. Now we noe where is the main entrance liao. The carpark building got lift. The lift is very new. The wrapper haven't actually tear off. I hope that with the carpark opening now, we won have parking problem anymore.

Christmas celebration

Yesterday, we arrived at kch around 4pm. (about my kl trip, i will post soon) At 6pm something, we, mike, ah seng, ah seng's fren, james, alvin, fish, angel, chyn, kim, min min, eve, n nyet ai went to Richmond Place to celebrate Christmas together. James n alvin arrived at 8.30pm. After we finished our dinner, the exchange gift ceremony began. All bring present except min min, eve n nyet ai as they din noe we got exchange gift.

This was the presents that everyone bring to exchange gift.

After we write the numbers on the present, we began to draw which present belonged to us.

At Richmond Place, we meet Evelyn Ghan n her family n Darrel. Merry Christmas ya, everyone!

Finally, the day comes

When jes, kim, yin han (my other fren) n i booked the ticket to kl, it was our 1st sem. When we wan started to talk bout kl, we tell each other tat it was still long to talk bout kl n we can wait until the 2nd sem to talk bout it. When 2nd sem arrived, we told each other agn tat we can talk bout kl at the summer sem. Now summer sem arrived liao. We start to talk bout it n "countdown"ing.

We started to "countdown"ing since the 10th days until today. N finally the day arrives. We will be heading towards kl tomolo. We all felt like dreaming. We can't believe tat the day finally comes. We had been waiting for the day to come for more than half a year. Haha.. We all felt very excited n cannot slip for many days oredi. Tonite sure cannot slip agn.

To all my frens, my frens n i will be leaving kch tomolo (21th) n will be back at 25th. N Happy Merry X'mas ya!!! N to chyn, fish, mike, ah seng, tsia, martin, zhi wei,...hope u guys enjoy ur holiday n christmas until we come back!!!

We din speak a single word at all!!

Today, we are having our 1st malaysian studies presentation. We jz noe today was our turn to present yest. So, we jz do our presentation slides laz nite. Luckily, we are able to finish it. Our group is special one as we are the only group tat combined two groups together.

As we noe, when presenting, we stand in front of many people n presenting our slides. But agn, our group is special. When fish presenting one slides, then the lecturer ask her to stop n no nid to presenting her slides anymore. Jz stand ther while others read it from the slides n the lecturer explains it. Wow.. So cool la. We all din speak a single word at all. Hope other groups won feel tat the lecturer is unfair. Haha...

Skipped

Today was the 1st time i skipped class in this summer sem. We, kim, chyn, jes, fish, mike, tsia yong, n me skipped the Malaysian Studies class as it was so boring n the lecturer kept asking questions. Sien ah. So, we all agreed to skip one day n as usual we, together v ah seng went to mike's house watch movies. This was becos his house has a large collection of movies for us to watch. They were many movies i haven't watched before. We oways watched horror movies such as Final Destination, Resident Evil, The Doom, Shroom, Land For The Dead,... n other horror movies at his house. Haha. So fun to watch horror movies together.

Looking for thesaurus

Today i went out v ah seng, michael, kim n fish to look for the thesaurus dictionary to help us in study info. We went to Popular Bookstore at BDC, Popular Bookstore at Tun Jugah, Premier Bookstore at Sarawak Plaza, n Times at Crown Plaza. We saw many types of thesaurus v different publishers of Thesaurus like Oxford, Longman, Collins, n other publishers. At first we thought wan to buy the thesaurus today, but when saw so many types of thesaurus, we were in two mind to buy it as we din noe which thesaurus is better. So, mike a.k.a. michael took the photos of each thesaurus to show it to Mr. George Tan 1st before we buy it to avoid the waste of our money. This was because some of my frens bought the thesaurus but it was useless as they can't find a single word in there. Not can't find a single word. Some words can't find in it. So, we tin it's better to ask for Mr. George's opinion before we buy it.

HOHOHO!!! Merry Christmas everyone!!!

Today, when kim n i walked into the lobby, we were surprise to see a big christmas tree standing at the center of the lobby. Quite beautiful the decoration at the lobby. When everyone saw the tree, many ppl suggested tat we took photo under the tree. LOL..At 1st we din c any present under the tree. Jz the dead flowers. At around 10.30am, we saw the presents arrived n they were out under the christmas tree. When we saw it, we told each other: "The present arrived lo. Go take it." Haha...

A visit to HQ

On thurs, mike, kim n i went to HQ of St. John Ambulance to take chyn to uni as she's helping at the camp there besides visiting the hq as we have never being there before. The camp was for the members of S. Tapang Secondary School's St. John Ambulance. When we arrived there, we saw they were playing team games. This reminded me of the perfect camp n Red Cresent camp i attended before during my secondary school. The perfect camp n Red Cresent camp i attended before was much more exciting than this camp. At the perfect camp, we slept on the soldier bed inside the tent. The most exciting n difficult games was the explorace games. If we lose the games on certain station, we were punished to eat chilies or fishfood, pouring v three o four buckets of water, draw our faces using the soil n flour, and other exciting games. It was so fun. The most unforgetable time i had during the Red Cresent camp was the sleeping time. We can't slip o move whole nite as the tent we were sleeping at was too small to fit 20 ppl. N that day was a raining day too. The ground was wet. We din have any canvas to sit n sleep at. We used cardboards. Imagine tat. We can't slip o move whole nite. Jz sat there whole nite. I really had unforgetable memories during both of the camp. Really glad to recall the memories i had before after looking them playing the team games. Kim n i felt like back to perfect camp once agn.

Swinburne on fire agn?

December laz year n oso during the degree holiday, the old swinburne building caught fire. This caused the lift was out of order n made all the swinburne student had to climb a flight of stairs everyday in order to reach our classes. This is the picture of swinburne building caught fire laz year.


Today, at around 10.00am, many ppl thought Swinburne building caught fire agn as we saw smoke coming out from the building. Tis time, the incident happened at the new block of the building. Fish, jes n i went to 8th floor to watch whether swinburne caught fire agn. From the window there, we saw the floor at the top building there was wet. This means tat fire really occured as there was no rain tat day. Other part of the building was dry.

I saw two ppl were carried using the stretcher to the ambulance. I tin the two ppl were not seriously injured as the siren din turn on. Hope so la. This was wat we all tin about when we saw a fire. But actually, according to my fren hu saw from the newspaper, Swinburne did not caught fire. It's jz one practise after all. Luckily. Hope Swinburne won caught fire agn.
